Rooftop hosebibs

Hi All,
Thanks to Dori B., we now have a hosebib on the terrace!
Sherman the "best plumber in VA", did a great job at a great price.

    Just wanted to let you all know, in case you didn't already - If you don't want to void your warranty you MUST use Atlas Plumbing to install your hose bib on the terrace. Stanley Martin confirmed this about one year ago. We finally had it installed by Atlas and they charged $230 and did a great job.
